  • Can I add Essential Oils in with the water?
  • We would not recommend adding the essential oils in the water tank. There is a separate compartment to add the oils into.
  • How long will the tank of water last if I run it on top speed?
  • The water tank's full load is 2500mL. Please make sure to fill it up very full. The max output is 300mL per hour, which lasts about 8 hours.
  • Can I use tap water or should it be filtered?
  • We recommend using filtered water.
  • Will it automatically shut off the water is low or empty?
  • Yes, this humidifier has automatic shut-off.
