- All purchases from our site ships free to any US address. Free shipping is not applicable to international address (includes Canada)
Processing and Shipping Time
- Once an order is placed, there will be a 1-2 business day processing time, and an additional 5-7 Business Day shipping time.
- Customers will be emailed a tracking number when an order has been picked up by the shipping carrier.
How Do We Ship?
Because we're offering extending free shipping to our customers, we will ship using the the most economical shipping method. This can be either USPS or UPS, and shipping choice will be up to our shipping department.
Choosing a specific shipping method, or expedited shipping options?
Customers can choose to ship UPS GROUND or choose an expedited shipping method, however, this will incur normal shipping charges. Free shipping offer would no longer be valid.

Please read conditions - if all conditions are not met, Tenergy reserves the right to refuse the return or to charge a minimum 15% restocking fee. All returned items must be in new condition, in their original box and must include all packing material, manuals and accessories. Tenergy can only refund the original purchase price.
NOTE: Refunds for items that were shipped via “Free Shipping” or through use of Coupon Codes are subject to retroactive shipping fees upon their return.
A return may be denied if the warranty has been voided in any of the following ways:
- Physical damage has been inflicted on the product.
- Any permanent or prevalent marks or scuffs are present.
- Damage from improper storage, abuse, or user error.
- Any alterations or modifications to the product.
- Removal of identification labels such as, but not limited to, the original label, patent, serial number, or trade dress.
- Usage of product contrary to its stated instructions.
