Easy 30-Day Return Policy

If you are dissatisfied with your purchase, you may return it to Tenergy within 30 days of the purchase date, subject to the conditions and exclusions below.

How to Start a Return

You may initiate a return or exchange online, by Phone or Live Chat. For phone, we can be reached at (510) 979-9969 (Monday - Friday: 9:00AM - 5:00PM PST).

Steps For Returning Item

1) Get An RMA #

Get an RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization) Number by logging into your account, find the Order, and click the "Return" link. Or contact us by phone or Live Chat.

2) Pack Your Item Properly

Place your item(s) and your RMA printout into the original shipping box, or a suitable box/package that can protect the returned items well. Be sure to pack it properly so your item won't get damaged.

3) Ship Your Item

Securely affix your return label to the outside of the shipping package. Return shipping fees are the responsibility of the customer. We recommend you ship via insured ground service with a tracking number. We cannot be responsible for lost packages.

Eligibility Conditions:

Please read conditions - if all conditions are not met, Tenergy reserves the right to refuse the return or to charge a minimum 15% restocking fee. All returned items must be in new condition, in their original box and must include all packing material, manuals and accessories. Tenergy can only refund the original purchase price.

NOTE: Refunds for items that were shipped via “Free Shipping” or through use of Coupon Codes are subject to retroactive shipping fees upon their return.

A return may be denied if the warranty has been voided in any of the following ways:

  • Physical damage has been inflicted on the product.
  • Any permanent or prevalent marks or scuffs are present.
  • Damage from improper storage, abuse, or user error.
  • Any alterations or modifications to the product.
  • Removal of identification labels such as, but not limited to, the original label, patent, serial number, or trade dress.
  • Usage of product contrary to its stated instructions.

Due to customer's safety, protection and hygienic concerns we are unable to accept returns on face masks.
