FAQ

Does it return to the charger by itself?
When the battery runs low during cleaning, the robot will automatically search for the charging base on its own. Alternatively, pressing the Home button the remote at any time during cleaning will force the robot to stop cleaning and return to its charging base.For best results, place the charging base in a central location of the house.

Does this have a sensor to prevent falling from stairs?
Yes, the Otis Robot Vacuum features built-in sensors that enables it to detect cliffs/stairs and navigate your home. Please contact us at service@tenergy.com if you have any other questions.

Does it have a sensor that alerts you as to when it is full?
The vacuum has a "Dust Bin Full" icon, which will light up when the bin is full. For steps on how to clean the dust bin.
