How do I get it to sync with my Fitbit account?
To sync the Tenergy Body app to Fitbit, open the Tenergy app and then tap "My" - "Synchronous Health". If it still does not sync with FitBit app on your phone, please reach out to service@tenergy.com and we can further assist you.

Measurements are inaccurate, is there a proper way to stand on the scale or recalibrate it?
To re-calibrate the scale:
1.Wait for the scale to automatically turn off.
2.Apply some weight on the scale to turn it on again.
3.Remove the weight and wait for the LCD screen to display '0.00'.
4.The scale is now re-calibrated.
