Tips and Notes:

For better body composition data, use the scale when your feet are dry.
For accurate weight results, ensure the scale is on a flat hard surface. Carpets and uneven flooring will affect weight accuracy.
If the reading appears inaccurate try re-calibrating the scale.

How to Re-Calibrate Scale:

Wait for the scale to automatically turn off.
Apply some weight on the scale to turn it on again.
Remove the weight and wait for the LCD screen to display '0.00'.
The scale is now re-calibrated.

How do you sync the data with Fitbit app?
To sync the Tenergy Body app to Fitbit, open the Tenergy app and then tap "My" - "Synchronous Health". If it still does not sync with FitBit app on your phone, please reach out to service@tenergy.com and we can further assist you.
